The price of the system is based on the number of aircraft in your company's fleet upon joining the system. This is tied to fleet size due to the increase in the number of users, the amount of system traffic and the storage requirements.
There is an initial set-up cost, which includes all set up requirements apart from any training required, and an annual subscription to remain attached to the system.
Setup costs and the first years annual subscription, depends on the number of aircraft operated.
The annual subscription includes:
- Prism Software license per aircraft (user)
- 24/7 Helpdesk
- Ongoing costs of secure Hosting site
- Service Level Agreement guarantees
- System maintenance
- Continual improvements / additions to the basic package
- Upgrade of the system as it develops
The setup fee will include the following:
- Purchase of Servers
- Costs of server space and connection at secure server hosting company
- Technical hardware (servers) installation and connection to the internet
- Labour for the above
- Provision of Training Software
- Provision of the User Manual
- Staff Training by our consultant (1 Day - on site)
- Inputting of Client data into the System (up to 2 days off-site)
- Air Travel and accommodation of our consultant to, from and at the site for training purposes.
