It is possible to enter operational, technical, internal, external and safety audits into the system, and generate any number of corrective action requests (CAR) for each.
Any CAR raised will be sent to the addressee by the internal messenger and tracked by the system until closed. An audit report cannot be closed until all outstanding CAR's are closed.
All meetings within the company are entered into the system and CAR's can be raised for each action item. PRISM then alerts the addressee that they need to take action by a certain date. The open and overdue corrective actions from previous meetings form an agenda item at the next meeting
The system is designed for all company reporting and it is possible to enter accident/incident, occurrence, dangerous goods, airprox, ground occurrence, confidential, non-conformance and hazard identification reports into the system.
The custodian of the system within your company can assign keywords for trending, add attachments, raise corrective actions and add a risk ranking to the report. Once submitted into the system each report will automatically change the company's risk assessment thereby giving up to date risk analysis. The system is also equipped with the hazard and effects.
Management Process or "Bowties" allow you to enter your company's controls into the tables and therefore show how you are managing hazards.
There are eight access levels within the system, meaning that every member of staff can input their own reports and see how they are handled within the organisation. All too often staff fail to post reports because they never receive feedback. This can't happen in PRISM because they are part of the loop. Similarly the CEO, with his access level, can see at a glance the state of his company in text or graphical format.
The system runs on a secure and dedicated server system in Europe that provides 24-hour service and full protection of your data security and integrity. (You can click below to download hardware Schematic PDF that gives a diagramatic layout of the hardware involved.)
The use of internet access and secure remote servers allows one custodian to run the administration of the whole quality and safety department with ease and to have a full up to the minute picture of what is happening on all operations. At around the cost of one person's salary for a year, PRISM never takes a day off.
